The Irish Horse
A little history on Lord Ventry and his 18th century horse barn.
Did he know that less than three hundred years later, it would be the home of Coláiste Íde Stables, a riding school nestled between crumbling stone buildings covered with moss and ivy, the same buildings that once housed his employees, horses, and other livestock?

Kids And Cows
Taking the kids to the rodeo.
Tomorrow is one of the days that the little kids get on and try to ride the cows. Its funny to watch and I’m sure the kids will love it. The worst part will be that its supposed to be 107 tomorrow. Today being 101 currently and supposed to be as high as 106. The Rodeo starts at noon which is the start of the hottest part of the day. I’ll just dress them as comfortable as possible, apply the sunscreen in layers and send their little squirters that Grandma bought for Disney.

The Retired Horse
Click through for the cute picture of the retired horse.
Little did Pride (17yrs old) know that retirement from horse logging for a percheron meant catering to 10 kids at one time......the very next day it increased to 11.
